I change how a system organizes itself. Sometimes that system is a bodymind. Sometimes it is a room. Sometimes it is an organization. And together, WE reorganize humanity.
Stanford, then years leading transformation for thousands of people inside organizations, and decades in the body, the nervous system, and the field. People ask how I got from org charts to bodies. I didn’t. It was always one thing.
I work with high-functioning leaders, wayshowers, and deeply feeling humans, from entrepreneurs to mamas, creating conditions for real, felt coherence in the body and the field. The shifts are precise, often quick, and sometimes feel a little like magic. Because they are.
Described as an angel with muddy boots, I bring both the sacred and the real, walking with people through the uncomfortable (and beautiful) moments where something true is ready to emerge. What this really means is that we create unreasonable outcomes in belief-defying timeframes. The world needs whole humans. Guided leaders. Now.
Not sessions. Rooms.
The shape of the work changes. These three things do not.
In person
Live, in a room, together, whenever it can be. Work at a distance is real, and I do it. And what moves between bodies in the same space is its own thing. Everything I am building now is built around the room.
In relationship
I do not do one-off appointments. What I do happens inside an ongoing container, with people I know, over time. The depth is the point, and depth does not arrive on a first visit.
In community
The field between people is the multiplier. One coherent body changes a room. A room of them changes everything it touches. That is the whole meaning of the WE.
